Voter Registration
The Library provides Voter Registration Services.
To register to vote, you must be:
- A U.S. citizen
- At least 18 years old by Election Day
- A resident of your precinct at least 30 days prior to an election
- If you became a citizen while living in the U.S., you must tell the registrar the date you became a citizen.
In order to register, you will need 2 pieces of identification. One of the identification pieces must include a current address. (neither need be a picture ID)
Note: Voter registration closes 28 days prior to an upcoming election.
