Shamrock Crown

Supplies
Shamrock pattern
Green cardstock, construction paper, or markers
Pipe cleaners (2)
Crown (bulletin board borders work well!)
Pencil (for coiling)
Tape
Scissors
Glue stick
Stapler
Directions
1. On a piece of green paper, trace 4 shamrocks from the pattern (or just color 4 shamrocks green). Cut them out.
2. Tape the end of a pipe cleaner to the back of a shamrock. Glue another shamrock on top of this. Hold together and allow time to dry. Repeat with the other pair of shamrocks.
3. Wrap each pipe cleaner around a pencil to form a coil. Slide the pipe cleaners off the pencils.
4. Staple a strip of green paper to one end of a piece of crown (strip of paper or border). Measure around child's head and staple the other end appropriately.
5. Tape the pipe cleaners to the inside of each side of the crown.
