Supplies
Colored paper plate (cut in half)
Construction paper
Circle pattern
Cotton balls
Sequins, stickers, etc.
Craft glue
Pencils
Scissors
Markers
Directions
1. Cut a paper plate in half.
2. Trace the ball pattern on a piece of construction paper and cut it out.
3. Glue the ball on the top of the hat. LET DRY.
4. Glue 3 cotton balls to the ball.
5. Cut a piece of construction paper for the band to about 1 ½ x 9.
6. Draw lines on the band and glue it on the hat.
7. Decorate your hat with markers, stickers, and sequins.
